Patton Building Services, Inc. is headed by its founder and President, Mark W. Patton. Mr. Patton founded Patton Building Services, Inc. in 1981. Under his leadership, the company has experienced continued and steady growth every year since its inception.

Mr. Patton takes an active role in ensuring that superior customer service is maintained through positive oversight of the company’s operations, quality control initiatives, human resource initiatives, and finances.

Mr. Patton currently employs over 300 employees. He has served as the secretary and member of the Board of Directors of the Building Services Contractors Association (BSCA) of West Virginia. He has been a member of the Building Service Contractors Association, International since 1988. His many accomplishments include the publishing of several articles in Services Magazine, and the founding of a regional janitorial peer group consisting of the CEO’s of several contract-cleaning companies. He is also a successful seminar instructor in the area of janitorial consulting. Mark graduated from WVU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education in 1978.
