Patton Building Services key human resource management functions are provided though the Human Potential Institute, LLC (HPI). HPI’s representative with Patton is Michael Lee DeHaan, MSILR who serves as the company's Director of Human Resources. Michael has a Master's of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from West Virginia University, and has more than 19 years of valuable work experiences in both the public and private sectors. He worked for the U.S. House of Representatives and for Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, serving in a variety of positions with each organization. Michael has also worked as a health care administrator for the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. Before working for HPI, Michael designed and built the Human Resource Department at Patton Building Services.
