Joe Neville is Patton's new Maintenance Operations Manager. He started his career as a roofer, and after 33 years of hard work, long hours, and study, he can perform most any kind of maintenance and repair a facility may need. He is a licensed Master Plumber and a member of the United Association, a multi-craft union whose members are engaged in the fabrication, installation and servicing of piping systems. In addition, he is a certified fire protection worker, legally entitled to service, test, repair and install fire detection systems and both engineered and pre-engineered fire suppression systems. He is also certified by the WV LEAD Program in Drug Screening and Safety Training.
